Jeetbaz Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to Jeetbaz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Jeetbaz ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Jeetbaz website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering an account on Jeetbaz, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Jeetbaz platform.

Jeetbaz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Jeetbaz platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use the full range of Jeetbaz services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — you must register a Jeetbaz account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register on Jeetbaz. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one Jeetbaz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jeetbaz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Jeetbaz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify Jeetbaz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

Jeetbaz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services. All deposit methods are processed instantly with no fees charged by Jeetbaz.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts benefit from higher limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted on Jeetbaz and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees.
• Jeetbaz does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers from unverified sources.
• All deposits are credited to your Jeetbaz account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

If a deposit does not appear in your Jeetbaz account within 10 minutes of the transaction being completed on your mobile banking app, contact Jeetbaz support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

4 Withdrawals

Jeetbaz processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully verified accounts.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times or temporary withdrawal restrictions.
• Jeetbaz reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jeetbaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of claiming, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All Jeetbaz bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Minimum odds apply to bets that count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering progress.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Jeetbaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your Jeetbaz account. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that are found to have been obtained through exploitation of a bonus offer may be voided at Jeetbaz's discretion.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jeetbaz are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event being wagered on, as well as the general betting rules set out here.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Jeetbaz does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where the cash out feature is available and the player chooses to use it.
• Jeetbaz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Jeetbaz will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on events that do not reach completion within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Jeetbaz monitors all betting activity for signs of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting patterns. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be closed immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on Jeetbaz — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and other instant win games — use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness.

• The outcome of every casino game on Jeetbaz is determined by the RNG at the moment the game is played. Previous outcomes have no influence on future results.
• Jeetbaz does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or against any individual player.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game — such as a disconnection or server error — the game round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the Jeetbaz server. If no valid game state can be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jeetbaz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the Jeetbaz platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Jeetbaz platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using coordinated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion.
• Using the Jeetbaz platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing your Jeetbaz account credentials with another person or allowing another person to use your account.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Jeetbaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, Jeetbaz reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as a player-initiated closure — any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming
